Over the past month or so we have introduced further updates and improvements to our order processes, ensuring once again that we offer the best possible service.
You may remember that back in September 2016 we completely overhauled our entire order process system? Well, since we implemented the new system we have been continually making slight alterations, to ensure everything flows smoothly & efficiently.
Most recently we have overhauled our bespoke email and quote system (it’s actually gone live today), this will now ensure that internally here at Optimise HQ the process runs smoother than ever (linking all of our departments together in a single process) - and for you guys, it ensures that from the very first contact that you have with us, to the very last (when you collect your new interior) everything is easier to understand and clearer than ever before (less is now more).
With the introduction of our new systems we are hoping that is allows for us to spend more time in the workshops and less time doing admin, which at the end of the day means we should be able to reduce lead times across the product ranges.
We are currently on the look out for a young (16 to 20) ambitious and motivated individual to join our growing business.
